Visual Identity
Overview
A visual identity is the full design system behind your brand, not just a logo. It sets the rules for how everything looks and feels so your website, social content, documents, and marketing always look like the same business. The goal is a consistent, credible standard you can maintain as you grow.

Brand Strategy
Overview
Brand strategy is the thinking system behind your brand. It defines what you stand for, who you are for, what you do differently, and how you should sound and show up. The goal is a clear direction you can make decisions from, so your messaging, offers, and content feel consistent and intentional as you grow.

Logo Design
Overview
A logo is your brand’s signature, not the whole identity. It needs to be simple, distinctive, and built to work everywhere, from a website header to a tiny social icon. The goal is a professional mark that looks intentional, scales properly, and gives your business a credible first impression.

WEB + GRAPHIC Design EXTRAS
Need design support without a full brand project? I take on web and graphic design work as scoped projects, quoted around deliverables, complexity, and deadline. Best when the brand direction is already defined, so everything stays consistent and intentional.

It's the framework I've built to get the best outcomes for clients, broken into three phases.
Diagnose is all strategy: getting to the root of what's going on with a business, or for a new business, understanding exactly what it does, who it's for, and how it operates. This is the foundation of the whole project and the most important phase, everything else builds on it.
Design is where the strategy work gets applied. This covers the full visual identity system, logo, colours, type, the works, and extends into all the touchpoints: website, business cards, flyers, posters, social media templates, whatever the brand needs to show up properly.
Deploy is implementation support. Once design is signed off, this is about handing over assets and helping you get everything set up consistently across every area the brand appears. I'm not in the business of handing things over and disappearing, this phase is about making sure you're properly set up and ready to go with your new brand identity.

It depends on the requirements of the project, every project's custom to the client since everyone's needs are different. What you need and any deadlines get discussed on a pre-project call, and from there you'll get an estimated timeframe in the project proposal.
As a rough guide, average timescales look like this:
Full Brand Design: 6-10 weeks
Brand Strategy: 2-4 weeks
Visual Identity: 4-6 weeks
Logo Design: 2-3 weeks
These are just averages though, the actual estimate is based on your specific project.

Both. Full brand design projects cover strategy, visual identity, and the design system across all your touchpoints, plus support getting it implemented.
If you don't need the full thing, Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, and Logo Design are all available on their own too. Visual Identity and Logo Design both still include some light strategy work to make sure the design is grounded in something real, not just picked because it looks nice.

First up is a pre-project call. This is where I find out what you need, your timeframes, and more about you and the business, so we can both work out if it's a good fit.
After that, you'll get a proposal covering the outline of the project, how it runs, investment, and terms. If you're happy to go ahead, a discovery call gets booked in. This is where I'll talk you through next steps, get you up to speed on the process, and set you up on a client portal to keep track of everything as we go.
What's needed from you depends on the project, since every project's different, but that's all covered on the discovery call. I also run exercises with clients throughout the process to pull out anything useful, so you're never just left to figure it out on your own.
-
No. I work with a wide range of clients and businesses. There are types of work I lean towards, but I'm always up for a challenge, and it really comes down to fit.
Sometimes after a pre-project call we'll both realise it's not quite the right match, my process doesn't suit how you work, or the project isn't one I'm the right fit for, and that's completely fine.
The best way to find out is to have a call and see if we're a good match.
